Maps show the boundaries of towns, cities, states, countries, lakes, rivers, and oceans.  A boundary helps us to know where something begins and ends.  It is also called a border.  Boundaries often use the four cardinal directions, north, south, east, and west.  Use the map below to determine the boundaries or borders.
