Most schools have a school secretary that helps the teachers and/or principal.  The school secretary keeps information on every student in the school.  The school secretary keeps track of what students are in each grade.  The school secretary answers the school telephone.  He or she will help parents and students that are new to the school.  The secretary will do the paperwork needed to run a school.
