11. fiesta 1. a religious festival; saint's day.  2. holiday or festivity.
12. conceive 1. form in the mind; think up; imagine.  2.  have an idea or feeling; think
13. receive 1. take (something offered or sent);  2. be given; get
14. leisure 1. time free from required work in which you may rest, amuse yourself, and do the things you like to do.  2. free; not busy.
15. receipt 1. a written statement that money, a package, a letter, etc., has been received.  2. write on (a bill, etc.) that something has been received or paid for.
16. neither not either
17. receivable 1. fit for acceptance:  Gold is receivable all over the world.  2.  on which payment is to be received.  Bills receivable is the opposite of bills payable.
18. piecemeal piece by piece; a little at a time. 
19. relieve 1. make less; make easier.  2. set free
20. conceit too high an opinion of oneself or of one's ability; vanity.
