2-31 Spelling Tip
Contractions.
A contraction is a word made from two words.  Two or more words are left out.  An apostrophe (') takes the place of the letter or letters that are left out.
The word it's is the contraction for it is.
The word don't is the  contraction for do not.
The word they're is the contraction for they are.
