The Big Bang

We were playing in my bedroom.

Eli said, "What was that?"

I said, "I do not know."

"It was a big bang," we both said.

We looked out the window.

We did not see anything.

So we went outside.

We looked everywhere.

"Look over there," I said to Eli.

There was a black and white skunk running away.

It had been in the garbage can.

There was garbage everywhere.

"Now we know what the big bang was," we both said.

"It was just a hungry skunk!"
