Let's Grow Some Vegetable Soup
Mom says, "We are going to grow vegetable soup."
We get our tools ready.
We plant the vegetable seeds and some little vegetable plants.
We give them lots of water.
The warm sun will help them grow.
They are big plants now.
We weed them and then the vegetables are ready.
We pick them and dig them up.
We wash them off, cut them up, and put them in a pot of water.
We cook them into vegetable soup, and sit down to eat.
