Lesson List

When two lines meet, they intersect.  Look at the two intersecting lines below.  Line DC intersects with Line ST.

When two lines intersect to form right angles, we call them perpendicular.  Lines EF and WX are perpendicular.

Two lines that never intersect are called parallel lines.  Lines MN and RT are parallel lines.

Identify the perpendicular and parallel lines below.

Parallel lines V and Q. Intersecting lines C and S.

Line YX is to line AF.

The intersection of ray AF and ray YX form four angles.

Line W is to line S.

Line C lines SF and WI

How many right angles are found in the figure above? right angles.

Line MN and line RT never .

Line PO, line BC, and line RT form what plane figure?

The intersection of lines SF and QC form angles QF, FR, RS, and S

Line WI intersects line VC at point

Line SF and line WR are .
