A bar graph uses bars to show information.  Every bar graph has a title that tells you what the graph is about.  A bar graph has numbers on one side and words on the other side.  The highest or longest bar has the most.  The smallest or shortest bar has the least or fewest.

Use the bar graph below to answer the questions.

1.  How many kids chose Vanilla?

2.  How many picked Chocolate?

3.  How many kids chose Oreo?

4.  How many kids picked Strawberry?

5.  How many kids picked Mint as their favorite?

6.  What was picked as the most favorite flavor of all?
